The Role

We are currently looking for Human Resources Intern based in Vietiane Capital

Purpose

To develop and introduce entry level skills to the graduate specific to the Human Resources field whilst they support the HR function in an administrative capacity.

In the event of a major humanitarian emergency, the role holder will be expected to work outside the normal role profile and be able to vary working hours accordingly.

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Ensure he/she fully understands the provisions of the Child Safeguarding Policy, the Code of Conduct and Local/Country Procedures.
  • Conduct in accordance with the rules of the Child Safeguarding Policy, in their personal and professional lives – which includes reporting suspicions of child abuse.
  • Assist the HR Officer in personnel management ensuring 100% compliance to internal policies and procedures.
  • Assistin posting job openings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires (e.g., preparing documentation, organizing orientation sessions).
  • Maintain and update HR records and P-files in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Help maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support planning and coordination of employee engagement and wellness activities.
  • Provide administrative support for training and development initiatives.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times.
  • Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related filed
  • 3+ years of experience in product management
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
